Vision

Onyx Supportive Living strives to provide the best possible services possible for the individuals we serve. Understanding this requires attention to detail, these guidelines are designed to increase the communication between team members, set a general internal standard for all to follow and identify all required duties for individuals and internal teams in their assigned areas. No guideline will supersede any Onyx Supportive Living Policy and Procedure currently in place but will help support the implementation of all policies by identifying processes. This guideline is designed to support the entire agency with all required processes affecting overall agency operations. Guidelines may be periodically amended to improve the service delivery of the agency.
